Job Description

The PSK Cashier is responsible for greeting guests, taking accurate orders, handling payments, and maintaining a clean, welcoming front counter. This role represents the Paradise Southern Kitchen brand with professionalism, speed, and true Mississippi hospitality.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service — Greet guests, take orders, answer menu questions
• POS Operation — Process cash, card, and online orders quickly and accurately
• Order Accuracy — Ensure every plate matches the customer’s request
• Front Counter Cleanliness — Keep counter, drink station, and register area clean
• Dining Area Checks — Wipe tables, restock napkins, maintain guest comfort
• Packaging Support — Assist with bagging to‑go orders and verifying items
• Professional Communication — Interact respectfully with guests and team members
