Job DetailsJob Location: Branch 14 - Jackson, TN 38305Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: High School or EquivalentJob Shift: DayJob Category: SalesThe Sales Counter/Driver Associate plays a vital, hands-on role in nearly every aspect of branch operations — including customer service (both in-person and over the phone), warehouse support, and local deliveries. This position requires a motivated, knowledgeable, and energetic individual who can manage time effectively in a dynamic environment. With each branch staffed by a small, close-knit team of 3–4 people, all associates are cross-trained to ensure flexibility and shared responsibility. Essential Functions & Responsibilities: Greet and direct customers  Customer service support for both In-person and over the phone.  Must be able to answer customer questions about specific products/services (e.g., product features, pricing, and after-sales services) Entering orders in the ERP system  Pull and prepare inventory orders for customer pick-up or delivery  Develop and stay up-to-date on product knowledge through involvement in Company and vendor-sponsored training programs  Coordinate with the team to provide excellent customer service (especially during our busy season)  Assist with merchandising products, managing inventory, and other store tasks while maintaining a safe working environment  Make local deliveries to the customer  Ensure that the store and all its properties are upholding the expectations of the Keeling Company brand: exceeding customer service expectations, cleanliness, atmosphere, and high energy.  All other duties are assigned by the branch manager or the Keeling Company leadership team.  Employees of Keeling Company have the right to refuse dangerous or unsafe work.  Keeling Company Benefits: Full-time Monday - Friday 8 am- 5 pm Medical, Dental, and Vision with HSA match Short and long-term disability Life insurance  401k with match Paid holidays/Paid time off Paid on-the-job training Opportunities for advancement This position is compliant with all DOT regulations for non-CDL operators.
