Dental Assistant (Full-Time)

Practice Name: Jackson Family Dentistry

Location: Jackson, WI

Position Type: Full-Time, Hourly

Compensation: $21 - $28 per hour (Depending on Experience)

Our collaborative team consists of 2 Doctors, 3 Hygienists, and 3 Office Team members working together to deliver a patient experience that is second to none. Schedule

  • Monday – Thursday: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Fridays: As needed

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the doctors during a variety of treatment procedures, utilizing advanced technology including CEREC and digital scanners.

  • Set up and break down treatment rooms following strict infection control and OSHA protocols.

  • Take high-quality digital dental radiographs (X-rays) and intraoral impressions/scans.

  • Manage patient flow efficiently, ensuring comfort and providing compassionate care before, during, and after treatment.

  • Maintain accurate electronic patient records and treatment documentation.

  • Provide clear post-operative instructions and dental hygiene education to patients.

  • Assist with instrument sterilization and maintenance of dental equipment.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is preferred; proficiency with CEREC and digital scanners is highly valued.

  • Certifications: X-ray certification required (or willing to obtain).

  • Skills: Excellent communication, multitasking, and interpersonal skills to seamlessly integrate with our close-knit 8-member team.
