WHAT'S THE SCOPE?

While working in this roadside repair position, you can take pride in earning a competitive salary of $56,000 – $77,000/year. Additionally, you will earn excellent benefits, including:

This Mobile Diesel Mechanic works a consistent schedule of Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm.

YOUR DAY AS A DIESEL TECHNICIAN

Each day as a Diesel Technician is spent diagnosing, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on diesel and gas vehicles, keeping them in peak condition. You handle electrical and mechanical work, install parts, and solve problems on the spot. Also, you drive our mobile van to breakdown sites, coordinate with the service writer, log your completed work, and keep your tools and van ready for the next call.

WHAT'S REQUIRED?

High school diploma or equivalent
ASE certification
DOT certification
Knowledge of compliance requirements
2+ years of diesel mechanic experience OR technical school training
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Ability to work outdoors in all weather
Ability to lift 75 lbs and provide own tools
CDL preferred
