Job Summary
In this role, you will safely operate dump trucks to transport aggregates, sand, gravel, and other construction materials to job sites throughout the region. As a key member of our operations team, you will help ensure timely material delivery while maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate tandem axle and/or tri-axle dump trucks
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain accurate daily logs
- Load and unload materials at quarries, job sites, and our facilities
- Deliver materials to construction sites, ensuring proper placement and customer satisfaction
- Follow all DOT regulations, company safety policies, and traffic laws
- Maintain clean equipment and report any mechanical issues promptly
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, supervisors, and customers
- Assist with other duties as assigned

Requirements & Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B CDL with clean driving record
- Current Medical Card (DOT Physical)
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable dump truck driving experience preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks
