Multi-site | Strategic HR Leadership | Labor Relations Focus

 

At GSN, we help build the future and we’re looking for a strategic and influential HR leader to join our team as a Senior Manager, Human Resources. This is an exciting and high-impact opportunity to influence business performance, strengthen leadership capability, and build scalable people strategies that support growth. In this role, you’ll partner directly with senior leadership to shape workforce strategy, lead labor and employee relations, and drive talent initiatives across a complex, multi-site environment. You will be a key leader in driving our organizational and cultural transformation.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute HR strategies aligned to business goals
  • Lead labor relations activities, including union negotiations, contract management, and complex issue resolution
  • Drive talent strategy: workforce planning, performance management, succession planning, and labor cost optimization
  • Ensure compliance, governance, and consistency across HR policies and practices
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance organizational design, productivity, and engagement
  • Organizational Transformation Support: Lead HR workstreams for restructuring, growth initiatives, mergers & acquisitions
  • Performance Monitoring and Continuous Improvement: Track HR metrics and drive improvements in processes, efficiency and outcomes

 

What You Bring

  • Strong expertise across labor relations, employee relations, and talent management
  • Proven ability to operate in multi-site, complex environments
  • Solid business and data acumen—you use insights to influence decisions and outcomes
  • Deep knowledge of compliance, risk management, and labor laws

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • 8–12+ years of progressive HR experience
  • 5+ years of leadership experience
  • Union negotiation experience required

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Multi-site manufacturing experience; labor relations expertise; strong leadership skills
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, or a related field
  • Professional certifications such as SHRM or HRCI
