Position Summary

The HVAC Field Service Supervisor oversees daily field operations, manages a team of technicians, and ensures efficient scheduling of demand service calls and preventative maintenance. This role also manages assigned customer accounts, open service requests, and PM schedules while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise, mentor, and support HVAC service technicians.

  • Schedule and coordinate daily service calls and preventative maintenance.

  • Manage assigned customer accounts, open work orders, and PM task lists.

  • Ensure high-quality workmanship and compliance with codes and company standards.

  • Provide advanced technical support and assist with complex troubleshooting.

  • Handle customer concerns, escalations, and communication.

  • Monitor labor, productivity, and service profitability.

  • Maintain tools, vehicles, and inventory for field operations.

  • Promote and enforce safety policies, OSHA/EPA compliance, and proper PPE use.

Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of HVAC experience; minimum 2 years in a supervisor or lead role.

  • Valid HVAC license and EPA Certification (per Mississippi requirements).

  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and controls.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

  • Proficient with dispatching/service management software.

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
