About the Role:

Dambach Lumber & Supply Co Inc is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Inside Sales professional to join their team in Harmony, PA! This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic building materials environment where your sales skills and product knowledge will make a real impact for customers and the business alike.

Responsibilities:

Assist walk-in and phone customers with lumber, building materials, and supply product inquiries
Generate quotes, process orders, and follow up to close sales
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, and retail customers
Collaborate with yard and warehouse staff to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize customer value
Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and inventory requests
Stay current on product lines, pricing, and industry trends to serve as a knowledgeable resource

Requirements:

Prior experience in inside sales, counter sales, or a customer-facing role preferred
Knowledge of lumber, building materials, or construction supply is a strong plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously
Proficiency with basic computer systems and point-of-sale or order management software
Self-motivated, reliable, and team-oriented work ethic
High school diploma or equivalent required
