Job Summary:
We are seeking a LCSW/LPC/QMHP/Licensed Therapist to join our team working hybrid in a remote and correctional institution settings. The ideal candidate will have a background in behavioral health and possess strong skills in motivational interviewing, psychotherapy, and clinic operations. 


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for patients
  • Work with patients in person and remotely as needed.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients
  • Implement specialized care for individuals with PTSD and cognitive behavioral therapy techniques
  • Support individuals with special education needs in a clinical setting


Skills:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of psychotropic medications, including familiarity with commonly prescribed treatments in correctional settings such as antipsychotics, mood stabilizers, and antidepressants; ability to recognize appropriate medication use and monitor for side effects in incarcerated populations.
  • Proficient in applying DSM-5 diagnostic criteria to assess and identify mental health disorders, with a strong understanding of symptomatology across mood, anxiety, psychotic, and personality disorders to support accurate clinical evaluations and treatment planning.
  • Proficiency in motivational interviewing techniques
  • Strong background in behavioral health practices
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance standards
  • Experience in psychotherapy and clinic operations
  • Ability to provide specialized care
  • Competence in implementing cognitive behavioral therapy strategies


Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Sociology, Psychology, Social work, or related studies Mandatory
  • Licensed Professional Counselor or Licensed Clinical Social Worker Mandatory
  • Telehealth Certificate Highly Preferred
  • QMHP Certificate Highly Preferred
