Primary Functions:
The Maintenance Team is responsible for conducting preventive and predictive maintenance activities, as well as repairing production equipment to ensure operational efficiency and minimize downtime.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform tasks as outlined in the preventive maintenance system.
- Troubleshoot and repair production equipment as required.
- Comply with all Company, Plant, Safety, and Environmental policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of management and plant personnel, both verbally and in writing.
- Perform additional duties as directed by the Maintenance Manager.
- Understand and adhere to EPC's environmental directives.
- Be aware of and minimize the environmental impact associated with their division.
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing production environment.
- Excellent mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Demonstrated experience with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system repairs.
- Proficiency in working with robotic systems and PLCs.
- Strong electrical knowledge, including troubleshooting 480V 3-phase systems.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and ladder logic diagrams.
- Must hold and maintain a valid forklift license.
- Capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Regular and prompt attendance is required.
- Must be physically able to:
- Move throughout the plant
- Stand or walk for extended periods
- Lift up to 70 lbs.
- Bend, twist, kneel, and climb as necessary
