Project Manager

Allied, a Tech24 Company, are a full-service commercial kitchen equipment repair company. We provide complete foodservice equipment maintenance and repair services for restaurants, QSRs, convenience stores, retailers, coffee shops, and concessions operations, specializing in commercial cooking, refrigeration, and HVAC equipment. We are a nationwide company, headquartered in Greenville, SC with local branches located coast to coast. 

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources, coordinating efforts across teams, and ensuring projects align with company goals. The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and experience in managing technical service or facility maintenance projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage projects from initiation to completion.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
• Oversee and manage project teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment with objectives.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with contractual agreements, company policies, and industry regulations.
• Monitor project progress, performance, and budget, making necessary adjustments.
• Work closely with clients to address needs and expectations, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and present project reports, updates, and documentation to management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in a technical service or field operations setting.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
