Job Duties

• Assist guests through the rental process, focusing on the guest experience and efficiency of rental form time.
• Properly utilize the SnowCloud rental system to ensure all equipment is correctly checked out and checked in when returned.
• Offer every guest the following components- damage waiver, helmets, ski storage/basket check & demo upgrades.
• Consistently monitor the guest flow and work with the Lead & Supervisor to expedite the rental process.
• Understand and communicate the rental & demo equipment packages and features to ensure the best match for the guests.
• Ensure all equipment is returned efficiently and properly in the SnowCloud rental system.
• Adjust bindings to fit renters' characteristics.
• Work with Rental leads, the Rental Supervisor and the Repair staff to ensure the highest level of equipment maintenance.
• Work with supervisor to maintain Rental Shop presentation standards.
• Cross-train with the Rental Cashiers, Ski Check/Basket Check & Retail.
• Work with Rental Lead and Supervisor to obtain all Binding Manufacturers’ Certifications.
• Present yourself as a Mountain Resort ambassador by engaging the guests and providing Resort-wide information.

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of the ski industry preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort preferred.
• Cash handling skills.
• Retail/Rental experience preferred.
