Position Title: Retail Staff

Department: Hoback Sports – Jackson, WY

Classification: Winter Seasonal, Full Time

Job Duties

Provide a positive representation of Hoback Sports and JHMR.
Deliver exceptional customer service to skiers/riders of all experience levels.
Use your passion to sell skis, snowboards, boots, and other snow sports gear.
Practice and develop effective, authentic sales techniques.
Maintain high-level merchandising and store presentation standards.
Assist with inventory control, restocking, and product organization.
Merchandise new products and restock current assortments.
Process customer returns, vendor warranties, and damaged goods.

Are you the right fit? Below are some traits an exemplary candidate possesses.

Passionate about skiing/snowboarding.
Basic knowledge of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort is a plus.
Provide warm, engaging customer service and enjoy talking all things snow sports.
Are comfortable working with diverse groups and all ages.
Have retail or cash handling experience (preferred but not required).
Knowledge of (or are eager to learn about) Jackson Hole Mountain Resort and the local cycling community.
