Schedule: Monday through Thursday: 7:00 - 5:30 PM Snapshot of Daily Duties Administer medications in accordance with physician’s orders. Maintain accurate and complete records, documenting all nursing assessments, interventions, and patient response. Assist the physician with management of office visits. Provide patient education and instruction. Communicate with patients as applicable. Maintain patient centered data in a neat and organized manner including chart entries, documentation, or communications to be sent externally. Comply with adverse event reporting and patient privacy policies. Give intramuscular and subcutaneous injections as ordered. Perform phlebotomy as needed, or as prescribed/ordered.  The Must Haves Registered nurse. Membership in local, state, and national societies is encouraged. ACLS is required. As well as continuing certification with Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS). Solid nursing background, concentration, or willingness to obtain advanced knowledge in GI specialty. Priority setting, application of judgment, communication skill and tact. Qualifications
