Job Title: Proshield Security Officer Company: Hawkins Empire Division: Proshield Security Location: Jackson, MS Employment Type: Full‑Time / Part‑Time

The Proshield Security Officer provides armed protection for clients, properties, and assigned locations. Officers maintain a professional presence, enforce site rules, complete patrols, and respond to incidents while representing the Proshield standard of discipline and reliability.

Qualifications

• Armed Protection — Maintain a visible, professional armed presence

• Patrol Duties — Conduct foot and vehicle patrols of assigned areas

• Incident Response — Respond to disturbances, alarms, and emergencies

• Report Writing — Complete accurate daily activity and incident reports

• Access Control — Monitor entry/exit points and verify authorized personnel

• Customer Interaction — Communicate professionally with clients and the public

• Policy Enforcement — Enforce site rules and maintain order

• Equipment Readiness — Maintain duty belt, firearm, and issued gear

• Valid firearm permit or ability to obtain one

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to stand, walk, or patrol for shifts

• Strong communication skills

• Professional appearance and conduct

• Must pass background screening
