Job Title: Proshield Security Sergeant Company: Hawkins Empire Division: Proshield Security Location: Jackson, MS Employment Type: Full‑Time

The Proshield Security Sergeant provides frontline supervision for security officers, ensures post compliance, supports incident response, and maintains the professional standards of Proshield Security. This role assists command staff with training, reporting, and daily operational oversight.

Qualifications

• Officer Supervision — Lead, guide, and support assigned officers

• Post Compliance — Ensure officers follow all post orders and procedures

• Incident Response — Assist with emergencies, disturbances, and escalated situations

• Report Review — Check officer reports for accuracy and completeness

• Training Support — Help train new officers on Proshield standards

• Patrol Oversight — Conduct patrols and verify officer patrol activity

• Equipment Checks — Ensure officers maintain proper gear and appearance

• Professional Communication — Communicate clearly with officers, clients, and command staff

• Leadership ability

• Strong communication skills

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to stand, walk, and patrol

• Valid firearm permit or ability to obtain one

• Must pass background screening

• Security supervisor or leadership experience

• Incident reporting experience

• Law enforcement or military background
