SERVICE ADVISOR

An opportunity for a Service Advisor currently exists in our Jackson, MO Freightliner dealership.  We are specifically looking for a person with a “can-do” attitude who is prepared to do “whatever it takes” to make sure our customers have the best service experience of any repair facility in the Jackson and Cape Girardeau areas.    
 

The primary duties include interacting with customers and processing repair orders.  The Service Advisor will greet incoming customers and accurately identify truck problems or complaints.  You will advise customers of needed repairs and keep them informed of the process on an ongoing basis.  The Service Advisor must have the ability to multi-task in an ever-changing service environment and must posses strong telephone skills and communication skills.  Additional training will be available for the right candidate.
