Hourly Wage: Starting at $31.00/hour

Schedule: Full-Time | 8 am – 4 pm | Weekend availability preferred but not required

Job Summary: Mountain Hot Tub is seeking a motivated Service Technician with an eagerness to learn and the ability to truly understand our customers for our new store in Jackson, WY. This role includes hot tub and sauna service, water maintenance, and delivery. While a technical background would be preferred, no hot tub experience is required as we provide top-of-the-line training, and we want to teach you.  We offer long-term opportunities for career advancement. Technician Responsibilities:

• Commit to becoming a hot tub and sauna expert

• On-site spa repair

• Part replacement, diagnostics

• Perform water care maintenance and chemical balancing for valet customers

• Conduct hot tub deliveries and installations as needed

• Provide exceptional customer service

• Add notes to customer files

• Communicate with team when needed

• Other responsibilities as assigned by your manager

Experience:

• Prior delivery or hot tub maintenance background is encouraged but not mandatory

• Enjoys working outdoors and in a hands-on environment

• Prior service technician experience in any field is a plus (electric or mechanical)
