Title:  Service Worker

Credentials Required:  High School diploma or GED

Special Skills/Knowledge Required:  Experience with industrial floor cleaning equipment and landscaping preferred.

Primary Functions:

• Responsible for maintaining a neat, clean, and safe environment in assigned facility.  Tasks including, but not limited to, interior cleaning/sanitizing of walls, floors, windows, bathrooms, furniture, etc.
• Remove inside garbage, police grounds for trash, cigarette butts, etc.
• Order cleaning supplies and maintain inventory.
• Landscaping and pressure washing.
• Floor care - strip, wax, buff, and carpet shampooing.
• Report any needed repairs on a maintenance request form.
• Participate in scheduled department meetings.
