United Contractor Services – National Travel Role

United Contractor Services is a rapidly growing national commercial construction company specializing in drywall, metal studs, acoustical ceilings, EIFS, stucco, and painting. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to support our clients across the United States and help deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Please Note – This Is a National Travel Position:
This role requires the ability and willingness to travel to project sites throughout the United States. Lodging and a meal per diem are company-paid while traveling, and mileage is reimbursed at a competitive rate.

Key Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of commercial construction experience, including prior experience as a superintendent

  • Ability and willingness to travel nationwide to project sites

  • Proficiency in layout of complex construction projects

  • Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, architectural plans, and structural drawings

  • Proven experience managing and maintaining project schedules

  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to quality

  • Excellent communication skills with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams

  • OSHA 30 certification required

  • Comfortable using technology and cloud-based reporting systems (training and tools provided)

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects, from planning and scheduling through completion

  • Coordinate daily with project managers, suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to maintain workflow and ensure timely delivery of materials and services

  • Lead and supervise construction crews, providing direction, support, and accountability

  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety regulations and building codes

  • Identify and resolve issues proactively to keep projects on track

  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and change orders

  • Promote and enforce a strong culture of safety aligned with industry best practices
