We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic bartender to join our team at Tuk Tuk Boom -Jackson. The ideal candidate will have a passion for crafting cocktails, excellent customer service skills, and a strong knowledge of bar and bar ingredients. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming bar atmosphere, preparing high-quality drinks, and ensuring guests have a memorable experience.

- Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences.
- Help develop & maintain a cocktail menu that complements Thai cuisine, incorporating fresh & unique flavors and ingredients.
- Engage with customers, providing recommendations and ensuring a positive dining and drinking experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar, including stocking ingredients, garnishes, and supplies.
- Follow all food safety and liquor laws, including checking IDs and ensuring responsible alcohol service.
- Process payments and manage transactions accurately.
- Work closely with the kitchen and waitstaff to provide seamless service.
- Assist in inventory management, ordering, and restocking as needed.
- Contribute to a friendly and team-oriented work environment.

Requirements
- Required:
- Minimum 2 years of bar tending experience in a restaurant or bar setting.
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, mixology techniques, and drink presentation.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
