Position Overview

Do you enjoy helping people every step of the way, from their first vacation idea to the moment they depart? We are seeking enthusiastic, organized, and service-oriented individuals to join our remote team as Client Journey Travel Advisors.

In this role, you'll serve as a trusted resource for clients by helping them explore travel options, organize reservations, and stay informed throughout the planning process. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy creating exceptional customer experiences, building lasting relationships, and working independently in a flexible remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients to discuss their vacation goals, travel preferences, schedules, and budgets
  • Research destinations, resorts, hotels, cruises, guided vacations, transportation, and activities
  • Design personalized travel recommendations that match each client's interests and expectations
  • Coordinate reservations, travel services, and itinerary details through approved booking systems
  • Provide clients with booking confirmations, travel documents, schedules, and helpful pre-departure information
  • Assist with reservation modifications, itinerary updates, and special travel accommodations
  • Review travel arrangements to help ensure every booking is accurate and complete
  • Stay in contact with clients leading up to departure to answer questions and provide ongoing support
  • Maintain detailed client profiles, reservation records, and communication history within company platforms
  • Utilize preferred supplier relationships and internal resources to deliver exceptional travel service
  • Participate in destination training, supplier education, and continuing professional development opportunities
