About the Role:

The Spa Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the spa facility. This position is responsible for overseeing daily spa activities, managing staff performance, and maintaining high standards of customer service to enhance guest satisfaction. The Spa Supervisor coordinates scheduling, inventory management, and compliance with health and safety regulations to create a safe and welcoming environment. Additionally, this role involves training and mentoring spa coordinators to uphold service excellence and operational efficiency. Ultimately, the Spa Supervisor contributes to the overall success and reputation of the spa by fostering a positive atmosphere and driving business growth through exceptional guest experiences.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in hospitality management or related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory role within a spa, wellness center, or hospitality environment preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of spa treatments, products, and operational procedures.
  • Proven ability to lead a team effectively.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations applicable to spa operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with scheduling and point-of-sale software specific to spa services.
  • Background in customer service excellence and conflict resolution.
  • Knowledge of marketing and promotional strategies within the hospitality industry.
  • CPR and first aid certification.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily spa operations to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
  • Train, and motivate spa staff, to maintain high performance and professional standards.
  • Oversee appointment scheduling, inventory control, and maintenance of spa equipment and facilities.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations to provide a safe environment for guests and staff.
  • Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and implement strategies to enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Collaborate with management to develop promotional activities and optimize spa service offerings.
  • Prepare reports on spa performance, including financial metrics, staff productivity, and customer feedback.
