Full-Time Verizon Retail Sales - Immediate Hire + Paid Training
Position OverviewÂ
We are seeking driven, energetic, and customer-focused sales professionals to join our growing Verizon Wireless retail sales program located inside some of America’s largest retail stores. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy building relationships, engaging with customers, and earning uncapped commission in a fast-paced retail environment.
Unlike traditional wireless retail positions, this role focuses exclusively on Verizon products and services. Representatives will use a direct fulfillment model, allowing customers to order devices directly rather than purchasing from in-store inventory.

What You'll DoÂ
- Engage customers inside retail locations and identify wireless needsÂ
- Promote and sell Verizon phones, plans, and wireless servicesÂ
- Educate customers on Verizon products, promotions, pricing, and service options
- Process new accounts, upgrades, add-a-lines, and wireless activations
- Utilize direct fulfillment systems to order devices for customersÂ
- Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional serviceÂ
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and performance expectationsÂ

Schedule & AvailabilityÂ
- Expected hours: 30–40 hours per weekÂ

- Current scheduling plans will likely focus on Tuesday through Saturday shiftsÂ
- Candidates must be open to varying schedules as the program evolves to optimize coverage

Job Description:
- Sell products and services in a retail store or kiosk environment
- Maintain professional interaction with both customers and fellow employees
- Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis
- Courteously welcome customers and offer assistance
- Help customers make selections by building customer confidence
- Accurately document and report sales
- Responsible for accurately tracking and communicating all activity to Retail Operations
- Ensure work station/kiosk is clean, well-organized, functional and presentable at all times
- Responsible for submitting all paperwork completely and accurately
Performance Measurements:
- Regular and prompt attendance
- Meet established monthly/weekly sales quota/goals
- Customer/client satisfaction based on rejection percentage and substantiated complaints
Qualifications:
 Preferred:Â
- Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience
- Wireless, retail, or commissioned sales backgroundÂ
- Experience working in a customer-facing environmentÂ
Required:Â
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skillsÂ
- Comfortable approaching and engaging customersÂ
- Self-motivated with a competitive mindsetÂ
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendanceÂ
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as neededÂ
