ResponsibilitiesÂ
As the School Director, you will be given the tools, resources, and training to:Â
- Hiring: Identify and attract the best talent to join the team.Â
- Training : Support team growth and development through comprehensive training and guidance.
- Relationship : Build a school community that attracts new families and team members fostering positive relationshipsÂ
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state laws, regulations, and Celebree standards, policies, and procedures.
- Manage the operations of the childcare facility, including enrollment, scheduling, financial management, and documentation, and ensuring smooth operations and record-keepingÂ
Qualifications
- BA or BS degree in elementary education, early childhood education or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a licensed childcare school.
- Minimum 3 years’ management experience required.
- Strong understanding of Florida DCF licensing standards and childcare compliance requirements
- Experience leading, coaching, or supervising staffÂ
