Bartender

Cinemark Bartenders prepare accurate, high quality, and consistent beverages, following recipes in accordance with Cinemark standards. A Bartender does not just take orders – they provide suggestions and use selling techniques to increase the order while enhancing the Guest’s visit. They will maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work area in a fast-paced environment, while providing an extraordinarily memorable Guest experience. Responsibilities include greeting guests professionally, possessing full knowledge of bar and menu items, accurately recording orders, verifying age for alcohol transactions, ensuring alcohol consumption in designated areas, using suggestive selling techniques, collaborating with kitchen team, delivering orders timely, processing payments, maintaining stock levels, assisting with liquor and bar supply orders, sanitizing high-contact areas, using PPE, adapting to cleaning tasks, monitoring safety and security, and performing other duties as assigned. Requirements include being at least 21 years old, completing food handling and Safe Alcohol Service training, prior high-volume bar experience preferred, flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays, regular attendance, energetic and friendly attitude, excellent guest service, accurate cash handling, good interpersonal and communication skills in English, ability to work independently and in a team, ability to follow directions, and responding with urgency. Physical demands include frequent bending, kneeling, lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, walking, and working in moderate to high noise levels.
