Domino's Pizza in Jacksonville, United States is seeking a friendly and efficient Customer Service Representative to join our team at our 901 W MORTON AVE location. - Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently through phone calls and in-person interactions
- Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards and customer specifications
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system with precision
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Assist with various cleaning tasks to uphold the store's cleanliness standards
- Demonstrate flexibility in handling multiple tasks and adapting to changing priorities
- Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs as needed
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and empathetic demeanor
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing
- Ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies and procedures
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic computer skills for operating order-taking systems
- Demonstrated multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment
- Keen attention to detail to ensure order accuracy
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate and support colleagues
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred (but not required)
