Job Description

Job Title: Full Time Cashier

Department: Service 

Reports To: Service Manager

SUMMARY 

The Cashier is responsible for processing payments for services and products while delivering a high level of customer service. This role plays a key part in creating a positive customer experience during the final stage of the service visit.

Pay: Up to $20 per hour based on previous experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES include, but are not limited to the following

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner at the cashier window
• Accurately compute customer invoices and service charges
• Process payments including cash, checks, and credit cards, and record transactions appropriately
• Provide correct change and issue receipts to customers
• Balance and reconcile the cash drawer daily
• Address customer concerns with professionalism and escalate issues when necessary
• Provide clerical support to various departments as needed
• Serve as backup to the switchboard operator when required
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace
• Present a professional appearance at all times
• Perform additional duties as assigned
