Alto Duval Station is seeking an experienced Assistant Resident Care Coordinator (ADON) to support clinical operations across our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. This is a role for a certified Med Tech with management experience who's ready to grow beyond direct care and into a leadership position — mentoring caregivers, overseeing medication administration, and helping ensure exceptional resident care on every PM shift.

What You'll Do:
- Audit Medication Administration Records (MARs) and coordinate pharmacy updates
- Complete resident assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Consult with families and physicians to coordinate proper resident care
- Monitor all aspects of the medication administration program
- Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed
- Manage, direct, and schedule resident care staff
- Fulfill Manager on Duty responsibilities as assigned
- Support the Resident Care Coordinator in daily clinical operations
What You Bring:
- Med Tech certification — required if not LPN/RN
- RN or LPN — preferred
- Prior management or supervisory experience — required
- Assisted Living or Memory Care experience — strongly preferred
- Must be 18+
- Strong clinical judgment and genuine passion for senior care
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills

Responsible for assisting the Resident Care Coordinator (RCC) in his/her daily activities. Direct Resident Assistants (RAs) and help coordinate services to residents under the direction of the Resident Care Coordinator and Health Services Coordinator (where applicable).

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Audit Medication Administration Report (MAR), notify pharmacy of changes
- Complete resident assessments as outlined by Spring Arbor and licensure guidelines in a timely manner
- Develop and implement resident care plans to meet the needs of residentsÂ
- Consult with families and/or physicians to coordinate proper resident care
- Monitor all aspects of the medication administration program
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transfer, mobility and incontinence care
- Manage and direct resident care staff
- Complete scheduling for resident care staff
- Fulfill Manager On Duty requirements
- Assist coworker's with other duties as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Experience or training in an equivalent setting preferred
- RN/LPN or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- MedTech certification required if not LPN/RN
- General understanding of and concern for the needs of seniors
- Ability to work in an environment conducive to caring for residents without posing a substantial safety or health threat to self or others
- Ability to manage team processes and promote a team environment
If assigned driving responsibilities, the associate must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) in accordance with Company Fleet Safety standards. Driving duties are incidental to the primary responsibilities of this position and may be assigned based on business needs.
MVR reviews will be conducted at hire and periodically thereafter in accordance with Company policy. Associates who do not meet or maintain Company driving standards may be ineligible to perform driving duties; however, such determination will not automatically affect continued employment in the position where driving is not an essential function.
