Richman Property Services, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Porter to join our dynamic team. Are you a community-inspired, passion-driven individual with a can-do attitude? If so, we want you on our Maintenance team!

Position: Porter

Location: Bennett Creek, our 260-unit community located in Jacksonville, FL 32216.

Hours: The hours for the position are Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, with a one-hour lunch break daily. Weekend shifts may be required periodically.

Full-time Employee health benefits and and programs
Automatic quarterly pay increases every quarter (every 3 months), after initial 90-days on the job, and eligibility for discretionary bonus at year end
Excellent career advancement opportunities possible. Our Porter role is a feeder position to Maintenance Tech (and we may sponsor EPA I & II).

Responsibilities:

Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of property grounds, amenities, common areas, and buildings
Report any unusual circumstances or resident concerns promptly
Always maintain a professional appearance and attitude
Uphold safety standards and report any issues to management
Demonstrate exceptional customer service to residents
Adhere to company policies and seek opportunities for personal growth

Qualifications:

Education
1. High school diploma or GED required
Experience
1. 1-3 months of related experience preferred
2. Experience with cleaning compounds and pressure washing beneficial
3. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Skills & Certifications:
1. Valid Driver’s License required
