What You’ll Own:

  • Full operational oversight of two clinics
  • Direct leadership and development of General Managers
  • Sales growth, KPI performance, and profitability
  • Hiring, onboarding, and team development
  • Customer satisfaction and issue resolution
  • Payroll approval, scheduling oversight, and operational compliance
  • 20 hours per week working at the front desk (10 per clinic) to stay connected to the business

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of leadership experience (multi-unit or GM experience preferred)
  • Strong sales management and team accountability skills
  • Ability to drive performance while maintaining a positive culture
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • High level of professionalism and operational discipline
