Job Title: Assistant Vice President

Location: Jacksonville, FL

Overview

DB USA Core Corporation seeks an Assistant Vice President in Jacksonville, FL to provide Level 2 production support for mission-critical banking applications, ensuring high availability and stability. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (any) or a related field or equivalent and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience supporting and stabilizing production environments using ITIL-based frameworks; utilizing ServiceNow for ticketing and workflow management; coordinating disaster recovery (DR) exercises involving failover validation, system restoration, and application resiliency testing; utilizing Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to support distributed, cloud-native applications and troubleshooting, monitoring, and ensuring reliability of production workloads; utilizing containerization and orchestration technologies including Kubernetes for deployment management and cluster-level troubleshooting; utilizing enterprise transaction monitoring and financial systems including Actimize, Prime, and Mantas to perform root cause analysis, monitor transaction processing systems, and ensure application compliance; performing programming and scripting using Python, Java, SQL, and YAML; monitoring Red Hat Linux/Unix environments, including performing system diagnostics, log parsing, process and memory management, and execution of OS-level commands to troubleshoot complex production issues; and supporting middleware and application server technologies including WebLogic and case management systems for application configuration, performance tuning, and the resolution of integration or infrastructure-related issues. Salary range: $125,299.00 – $130,000.00/year. This position is eligible for Deutsche Bank's Employee Referral Incentive Program.
