HealthPRO Pediatrics is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our ABA team in Jacksonville, NC! With a second clinic location scheduled to open next year, this is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organization where your clinical expertise, leadership, and career development are valued. You'll conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, provide parent training, and support children with autism and related developmental needs alongside of our amazing team of interdisciplinary providers!

Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland) and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
  • Oversee RBT implementation and provide ongoing clinical supervision and feedback
  • Deliver parent/caregiver training to support generalization of skills
  • Collaborate with other disciplines, school teams, and families to ensure coordinated care
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring for insurance and treatment plan reviews

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification and North Carolina licensure (or eligibility)
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
  • At least one year of experience working with children on the autism spectrum preferred
