Job Description:

This job is responsible for providing strategic leadership and oversight of enterprise-wide initiatives to drive transformation and performance across segments. Key responsibilities include setting program strategy, guiding senior managers, influencing priorities, and fostering collaboration across product, channel, and operations. Job expectations include driving innovation, engaging executive stakeholders, ensuring governance, and delivering measurable outcomes through disciplined execution and change leadership.

This job is responsible for overseeing programs and projects specific to corporate change initiatives that impact how the bank does business, provides a product or service, or executes a function. Key responsibilities include serving as the primary contact to department managers for critical change initiatives and communicating, influencing, and negotiating vertically and horizontally to obtain or leverage resources. Job expectations include delivering regulatory and executive materials and ensuring results align to program strategy, simplification, and new capabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Guides the strategic direction of enterprise-wide initiatives to drive transformation and performance across business segments

  • Provides strategic guidance to senior managers and engage executive stakeholders to align priorities and ensure successful program execution

  • Fosters collaboration across product, channel, and operations teams to ensure integrated and cohesive delivery of initiatives

  • Establish and execute value realization frameworks to measure, monitor, and report business benefits, efficiency gains, cost savings, and performance

  • Leads PMO functions for AI Product Team focused on cross channel delivery, and strategic alignment across multiple stakeholder groups

  • Ensures governance frameworks are followed and deliver measurable outcomes through disciplined execution and performance tracking

  • Drives innovation and lead change initiatives that enhance enterprise capabilities and support continuous improvement

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in strategic consulting, complex program management, change management, and digital transformation.

  • Proven expertise in data-driven decision making, business intelligence, analytics, and strategic problem solving, including business case development and value realization.

  • Experience creating, managing Business Cases through value realization

  • Experience leading enterprise AI and digital transformation initiatives with measurable outcomes.

  • Demonstrated success as a senior leader and change agent, with a track record of driving organizational transformation.

  • Exceptional executive communication skills, including developing and delivering C-suite presentations, crafting compelling narratives, and translating complex concepts into clear strategic recommendations.

  • Demonstrated expertise in crafting executive‑ready narratives, Storytelling by translating complex ideas into clear, compelling, and concise storylines tailored for senior‑level audiences.

  • Strong ability to collaborate with and influence senior executives, strategic partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Passion for improving client experiences and driving business impact through change.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Copilot and PowerPoint

Pay and benefits information

Pay range$104,700.00 - $180,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
