Closing Team Lead

Position Overview 

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Team Lead to join our growing team.

Essential Functions: 

Responsible for the processing of incoming loan packages from dealers. This includes, but is not necessarily limited to:

• The accurate and timely processing of contract orders to Closers
• Re-verifying loan information, confirming loan fits in end lender’s parameters
• Order and clear tax, flood certs.  Review and clear outstanding conditions for funding.
• Type, forward and check in packages.
• Training new hires and first in line for all typing and check in questions.
• Ability to multitask
• Organize monthly group meeting
• Some basic computer knowledge to save documents into the servicing system and on a shared drive on the computer
• Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures

Minimum Qualifications: 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
• Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
• High school diploma or GED required

• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
• Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
