Job DetailsJob Location: Jacksonville Main Office - Jacksonville, FL 32256Position Type: Full TimeJob Category: Admin - ClericalPosition Summary The Construction Administrator supports the construction team by managing administrative processes, tracking project documentation, and ensuring timely coordination between field operations, vendors, and internal departments. This role is critical to keeping projects organized, compliant, and moving efficiently from pre-construction through closeout. Key Responsibilities Contract & Document Management Prepare, track, and maintain contracts, and Chage Orders Ensure all documents are complete, executed, and properly filed Manage compliance documentation Project Coordination Support project managers and superintendents with administrative needs Track project milestones, schedules, and deadlines Coordinate communication between field teams, management and owners Financial & Invoice Processing Review and process Change Orders, owners requests, etc. Assist with reconciliations and reporting for project financials Produce and track Change Orders as needed Reporting & Systems Management Maintain accurate data in project management systems Generate regular reports on project status Identify process gaps and help improve administrative workflows Fluent in JDE and Build Pro (Hyphen) Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business, or related field (preferred) 2+ years of experience in construction administration or project coordination Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Experience with construction/project management software is a plus such as JDE Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Key Competencies Attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication and follow-up skills Problem-solving mindset Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment oriented with a proactive approach  Qualifications
