LOB Description:

As a Delivery Lead, they will drive team performance and delivery excellence across the full application lifecycle in an agile operating model. Day-to-day responsibilities require deep facilitation, coordination, and leadership abilities, along with an understanding of enterprise-scale engineering processes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring consistent delivery execution, removing impediments, and enabling predictable sprint outcomes
  • Facilitating communication among clients, product owners, engineering teams, and vendor partners
  • Improving team velocity, delivery quality, and collaboration through continuous improvement practices
  • Supporting operational readiness and delivery planning, ensuring teams align to business, regulatory, and platform roadmaps
  • Coordinating cross-functional dependencies across platforms, infrastructure teams, and partner groups
  •  This blend of delivery leadership, agile expertise, and technical understanding is highly specialized and not easily replaceable.

Job Description:
This job is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of project/small program deliverables which requires the engagement of multiple teams. Key responsibilities include communicating work objectives, coordinating delivery, facilitating sync points across teams, providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables, and managing program risk and compliance to standards. Job expectations include ensuring delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline, and cost.

Responsibilities:

  • Leads and coordinates routines to support delivery (for example, kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates, etc.)
  • Manages coordination of delivery and dependencies across multiple teams
  • Facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline
  • Provides status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks, issues, and schedule
  • Works with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements
  • Supports resource planning for delivery and execution
  • Ensures adherence with Enterprise Change Management standards

Required Qualifications

  • Delivery Lead to manage complex suite of projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience delivering large projects with significant impact to multiple lines of business, that may have cross-functional or inter-departmental implications.
  • Able to achieve results quickly in a fast-paced organization; thrives in a high intensity environment with multiple and competing priorities.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and navigate at all levels in the organization.
  • Executive reporting and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized with critical thinking abilities at both the strategic and tactical levels.
  • Familiarity with various project management tools.

Desired Qualifications

  • Proficient in JIRA, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project.
