We’re looking for a licensed Electrical Engineer (PE) who is ready to step into a leadership role, own impactful projects, and help grow a high-performing, multi-disciplinary team. What You’ll Do

As a key member of our team, you will serve as both a technical leader and project driver, partnering closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to deliver exceptional results.

  • Act as Engineer of Record, taking full ownership of electrical designs
  • Lead projects as a Project Engineer and/or Project Manager across sectors such as aviation, aerospace, federal, healthcare, corporate, and science & technology
  • Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary design environment to deliver integrated solutions
  • Provide quality control reviews and ensure technical excellence across projects
  • Mentor and develop junior engineers and designers, helping shape the next generation of talent
  • Support team growth by contributing to hiring and team development efforts
  • Coordinate project deliverables and drive projects forward from concept through completion

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (accredited program)
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license in good standing
  • 5+ years of electrical design experience in building systems
  • Strong knowledge of NEC and NFPA codes
  • Proven ability to lead design teams and manage projects or staff
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with building and site design projects
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed

Note: Due to federal contract requirements, candidates must be U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents.

 

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Revit
  • Interest or experience in business development and client engagement
  • Ability to obtain multi-state licensure (NCEES certification is a plus)
