Requirements:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or similar
-Minimum of 5 years experience as a Design Engineer or equivalent
-Electronic Circuit Design
-Possible PCB design and layout
-Embedded software development
-Control of stepper motors and DC motors
-Use of Optical Sensors
-Cloud-based Remote Monitoring a plus

Job Summary:
As an Electronics Design Engineer, you will focus on research and development, rapid prototyping, rigorous testing (including destructive testing), and the re-engineering of new and existing products. This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys hands-on development, solving complex problems, and improving products through real-world testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop electronic systems for automated golf equipment, including circuit boards, sensors, and embedded controllers

  • Create and refine rapid prototypes for field testing and product validation

  • Conduct performance, stress, and destruction testing to ensure reliability in extreme conditions

  • Analyze test data and customer feedback to redesign or improve product performance

  • Collaborate with mechanical engineers, software developers, and production teams

  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies to incorporate into future designs

  • Maintain technical documentation throughout the development cycle

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience in electronics or embedded systems design

  • Proficiency with PCB design tools

  • Experience with prototyping, sensor integration, and power systems

  • Hands-on experience with hardware testing, debugging, and iterative design

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset

  • Familiarity with golf or sports equipment technology is a plus
