We are searching for an Executive Assistant forour client in the aerospace and manufacturing industry. As a reliable, strategic executor, you’ll directly support executive leadership in both work and life so they can focus on the bigger picture. This is a full-time, onsite position.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

As an Executive Assistant, you will:

  • Provide comprehensive executive support by managing calendars, communications, meetings, and company activities while ensuring timely follow‑ups and action items
  • Coordinate reports, presentations, and business documentation, including materials related to manufacturing operations, aerospace projects, and certifications
  • Support cross‑departmental projects by tracking deadlines, organizing information, and leveraging AI tools to streamline administrative workflows
  • Manage administrative and operational tasks, including documentation processing, organized filing systems, and serving as a trusted gatekeeper and point of contact
  • Deliver high‑level personal assistance by coordinating appointments, household and vendor services, and handling confidential personal errands with discretion

Required Qualifications

  • Proven success in an executive assistant role providing executive, administrative, and personal support, preferably in a company of less than 50 employees
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organization skills; ability to multitask effectively
  • Professional, discreet, and able to maintain confidentiality
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • High school diploma

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in aerospace, manufacturing, engineering, or similar technical industries
  • Proficiency with AI tools
  • College degree
