Cancer Specialists of North Florida is recruiting an Executive Assistant for our busy Specialty Practice. This is not a remote position. The Executive Assistant to the Executive Team provides comprehensive support to multiple senior leaders, ensuring the efficient management of their schedules and office operations. This role requires a highly organized and proactive professional who can manage multiple priorities while handling confidential information with discretion. The Executive Assistant serves as a key point of contact between the executive team, internal departments, and external partners, facilitating clear communication and the successful execution of projects.  Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and preparing itineraries.
- Support special projects for the executive team by conducting research, compiling data, and preparing summary reports and presentations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications directed to the executive team, screening and directing calls and messages professionally.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely processing and distribution.
- Coordinate logistics for executive meetings, including agendas, materials, conference room setup, and follow-up actions.
- Run errands off-campus as needed to support the executive team’s operations and requirements.
- Perform additional duties as required to support the executive team’s priorities and strategic initiatives

- Advanced written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, or equivalent tools)
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

Education and/or Experience:Â
- High school diploma or equivalentÂ
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives or leadership teams
Compensation and Benefits:
