Coordinate work orders and service contracts. Track facility condition and projects; manage real property records. Coordinate with installation public works. Support sustainment, restoration, and modernization (SRM). Qualifications 8+ years in facilities operations / maintenance / space planning. Active Secret clearance and a valid driver's license.   Preferred Qualifications: Real property management experience; public works coordination background.
