Build trust with customers by presenting products clearly, professionally, and transparently. Secure competitive financing and maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions. Maximize finance and product performance while maintaining an exceptional customer experience. Ensure all transactions comply with federal, state, lender, and dealership requirements. Accurately complete and process all finance documentation. Partner with the Sales Team to create a seamless luxury buying experience. Monitor finance performance, product penetration, and profitability. Represent The Hanania Way through integrity, professionalism, accountability, and exceptional customer service. QualificationsWhat Sets You Apart Previous Automotive Finance Manager experience is required. Luxury, European, Audi, or premium automotive experience is strongly preferred. Proven track record of achieving finance and product sales goals. Strong knowledge of automotive lending, F&I products, and compliance requirements. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Strong understanding of dealership finance systems and technology. Professional presence and a customer-first mindset. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
