Job DetailsJob Location: Mayport Warehouse - MAYPORT, FL 32228Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $18.00 - $19.92 HourlyJob Shift: DayJob Description:Perform common warehouse functions: receiving incoming material for the LCS’s, sorting it, delivering it to the ship, posting receipts, and Fleet Audit Compliance Enhancement Tool (FACET) scanning for Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR) compliance. Responsibilities and duties of this position include: Must possess a valid U.S. state driver’s license, certificates and permits, applicable for the type and class of vehicle being operated. Assist the Project Supervisor with preparing inventory documents to reflect the total quantity provided and open all shipping boxes to check for multipacks.  If not correct, provide site Designated Government Representative (DGR) with discrepancy and follow corrective actions provided. Pickup, receive, verify, and sort material in warehouse locations and designated areas of Building 1554 and 191 located at Naval Station Mayport and (British Aerospace Industry Dry-dock) BAE System Ship Repair (8500 HECKSCHER DR, Jacksonville, FL 32226) within 24 hours (M-F) of receipt. Assist with daily Cargo On-hand Report (PDF) Weekly number of materials delivered to ships (MS Word) Weekly number of receipts/documents scanned into FACET (MS Word) Monthly number of ship carcass materials retrieved from ships (MS Word) Monthly number of ship carcass materials transferred to ATAC Mayport (MS Word) Monthly number of materials transferred for shipment from ships (MS Word) Monthly number of ship excess materials offloaded and transferred to DLA/DRMO (MS Word) Other duties as assigned: Management and Oversight No Training Must complete annual Cyber Awareness training, and maintain a current requisite background investigation Supervision Responsibilities No QualificationsRequired Qualifications: Shall be current and consistent with the ability to work with computer systems and use websites such as Electronic Retrograde Management System (eRMS) and NAVSUP One Touch Supply. Must have a minimum of 2 years of Department of Defense warehousing or distribution experience. Must be a US citizen and have a favorably completed NACLC or T3 or T3R equivalent investigation to obtain a favorable determination for assignment to a non-critical sensitive or IT-II position.  The investigation consists of a standard NAC and an FBI fingerprint check plus law enforcement checks and credit check. Shall possess a valid U.S. state driver’s license, certificates, and permits applicable for the type and class of vehicle being operated within the site operations, with a 3-year clean MVR. Shall be able to understand, read, write, and speak the English language fluently.  English shall be the only language used regarding this contract for written correspondence, discussions, and other business transactions. Must be able to pass a Department of Defense Background investigation and maintain eligibility to hold a Navy issued Common Access Card (CAC) At a minimum educational requirement of a high school diploma, and must have a minimum of 2 years of Department of Defense warehousing or distribution experience. Pre-employment drug screening required. Must be able to lift 50 pounds Must be able to work indoors and outdoors year-round Must be able to twist, stoop, bend, reach, pull, stand and walk for up to eight hours a day.
