Compensation: $30.00 – $40.00 / hour (Base pay + massive tip income + commissions)
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time
License Requirement: Valid Florida Cosmetology License (Required)

What You'll Do
- Deliver high-quality, consistent men's and boys' haircuts.
- Provide a premium guest experience, including our signature MVP Experience (hot towel, massaging shampoo, and neck/shoulder massage).
- Maintain a clean, high-energy, and welcoming station.
- Grow your income by recommending top-tier retail products (Gibs, Actiiv, and more).

- A valid Florida Cosmetology license is a must.
