Position Highlights
- Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- No evenings, weekends, or hospital call
- See just 15–18 scheduled patients per day
- Outpatient practice focused on Medicare and senior patients
- Collaborative care team with experienced clinical and administrative support

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to an adult and senior patient population
- Develop individualized treatment plans that promote long-term health and wellness
- Manage chronic medical conditions using evidence-based, value-driven care
- Coordinate with care managers, specialists, and support staff to optimize patient outcomes
- Foster strong physician-patient relationships through personalized, compassionate care
Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
- Active Florida medical license (or ability to obtain)
- Minimum of 2 years of managed care experience required
- Experience caring for Medicare Advantage patients is strongly preferred
- Commitment to value-based medicine and delivering exceptional patient care
