Landscape Superintendent

Rally Construction Group is hiring a Superintendent to oversee residential landscaping operations. This leader will coordinate crews, maintain production schedules, ensure installation quality, and support the successful completion of community landscaping projects

What You’ll Do 

• Supervise landscaping installation crews  
• Coordinate project schedules across multiple communities  
• Conduct quality inspections  
• Manage labor, equipment, and materials  
• Work with builders to meet turnover deadlines  
• Ensure safety compliance  
• Develop field leadership  
• Resolve jobsite challenges 

What You Need 

• 3+ years of landscaping construction experience  
• Previous superintendent or crew management experience  
• Knowledge of residential landscape installation  
• Strong organizational and leadership skills  
• Ability to manage multiple projects  
• Ability to read landscape plans and layout for the crew 
• Strong organizational and leadership skills  
• Valid driver's license
