As a member of the Elite leadership team, you will play an instrumental role in developing, acclimating, and enhancing team member experience and company culture at Elite. The successful candidate will:Â

- Ensure locations & center teams are appropriately staffed, trained, and operating in compliance with company and client requirements.Â
- Possess strong knowledge in DOT regulations and passenger transit dispatch operationsÂ
- Provides quarterly evaluations and service delivery feedback
- Ensure consistent delivery of on-time & accurate information both internal and externally to critical stakeholders.Â
- Knows how to utilize data to oversee service delivery remotely to effectively manage the service.Â
- Knows how to coach teams through complex leadership issues

- Validates & ensure that all information & KPIs deriving from the center and their team is 100% accurate, and timely
- Provides direct teams with quarterly expectations and are held accountable to seat numbers and service delivery
- Management fully utilizing service model to oversee and manage service deliveryÂ
- Is team focused, tactful, mature, and know how to get along with people in all environmentsÂ
- ENSURE MAINTENANCE OF COMPANY STANDARDS OF SERVICE DELIVERY REGARDLESSÂ

Key Responsibilities of this Position Include:Â
- Leading location teams through clear expectations, consistent follow-up, and performance accountability, while ensuring company standards are maintainedÂ
- Creating, managing, and adjusting schedules to meet operational demand and staffing models
- Interviewing, onboarding, evaluating, training, and developing team members
- Providing continuous training and reinforcement of service, safety, and operational standards
- Implementing and enforcing Department of Transportation (DOT) standardsÂ
- Ensuring consistent, high-quality customer service delivery across all shifts & services offeredÂ
- Monitoring service trends and implementing corrective actions when service levels fall below expectations
- Supporting client retention through proactive communication and issue resolution
- Managing locations in alignment with documented EOS standards and processes
- Ensuring consistent execution of client-specific operating plans
- Controlling department expenses and ensuring alignment with approved budgets
- Managing and developing team supervisors and leads members with service delivery execution within their scope
- Leads team to ensuring they Prevent service failures before they impact clients
- Create a highly accountable and data-driven command center team
- Deliver measurable improvements in service reliability, employee productivity, and client satisfaction
- Improve operational performance through proactive intervention & detailed usage of company technological systems.Â
Key Qualifications Include:Â
- Minimum 1 year in management/supervisor role for transportation, dispatch, shuttle, transit, parking, logistics, or operations supervision experience (Preferred Not Mandatory)
- Minimum 1 year experience developing implementing & utilizing company Budgets & client P&Ls, completing Demand Analysis, & executing on Service KPI
- Minimum 1 year of Strong workforce scheduling experience
- Minimum 2 years working with system data and KPIs to deliver on service requirements with a Strong operational analytics skills
- Experience Implementing Corporate Service Brand and Service Model to client locations
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, and Management (Preferred)
- Strong customer service experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- MUST POSSESS STRONG technology skills, organization, and communication skillsÂ
