Apartment Maintenance Technician

We're looking for an Apartment Maintenance Technician who takes pride in quality work, enjoys helping residents, and isn't afraid to tackle a variety of maintenance challenges. If you're the person others count on to get things done right the first time, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Complete service requests in a timely and professional manner
• Perform apartment turns, punch work, and make-readies
• Maintain the grounds and overall appearance of the community
• Troubleshoot and complete general plumbing and electrical repairs
• Assist with pool maintenance
• Keep the maintenance shop organized and well-stocked
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests as part of the on-call rotation

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience preferred
• HVAC experience preferred
• HVAC certification preferred
• CPO certification preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Positive attitude with a strong team-player mindset
• Ability to remain professional and effective under pressure
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance required
• Weekend availability and shared on-call availability are required
