RQ Construction is hiring experienced Mechanical & Piping Insulators to join our team on active projects at Naval Station Mayport in Jacksonville, Florida and the surround area. If you're looking for competitive pay, steady work, excellent benefits, and the opportunity to work on large commercial and Department of Defense projects, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Install insulation on piping, ductwork, and mechanical equipment
• Ensure installations meet project specifications, applicable codes, and quality standards
• Work safely on active construction sites while supporting mission-critical facilities

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• 4+ years of commercial mechanical or piping insulation experience
• Apprenticeship or trade school training preferred
• Government, military, or large commercial construction experience is a plus
